The Tribunal Secretariat is pleased to announce the publication of its first bi-annual e-newsletter: The Bench.

The e-newsletter is part of the Secretariat’s continuous efforts in knowledge sharing and outreach.   

Highlights of the first issue include (1) Judge Burgess’ first session as President, his background, and the unique virtual format for the Tribunal session; (2) the main holdings of the cases from the most recent session; (3) a Q & A with Judge Ann Power-Forde, the Tribunal’s newest member; and (4) a brief introduction of the Tribunal, its judges, and staff.
