The Bench: Newsletter of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal - Issue No.4
The Tribunal Secretariat is pleased to announce the publication of the latest issue of its e-newsletter: The Bench.
Highlights of the issue include (1) a featured article on women taking top leadership roles at the Tribunal; (2) the Tribunal’s holding in IFC reorganization cases; (3) the Tribunal’s finding that failure to cooperate with an internal investigation constituted misconduct; and (4) a summary of the Tribunal’s recent judgments involving misattribution of STC work, workers’ compensation, shortlisting, retaliation and other issues.
