In view of the public health emergency occasioned by the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting consequences including restrictions on international travel and public gatherings, the Tribunal has decided, on an exceptional basis and in the interests of the prompt administration of justice, that the efficient conduct of its proceedings necessitates the holding of its session via audio-video conferencing coordinated by the Tribunal’s Office of the Executive Secretary.

The Tribunal will begin its session on 30 May 2022.
